Booking and Scheduling

Moving dates are confirmed based on availability. We ask that customers provide as much notice as possible for rescheduling or cancellations to avoid any scheduling conflicts.

Liability and Insurance

Moooving Crew is a fully licensed and insured moving company. Basic valuation coverage is included with every move as required by law. Additional valuation coverage may be available upon request. Customers are responsible for accurately disclosing the value and condition of items prior to the move.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate access information, obtaining any required building permits or elevator reservations, and disclosing any items requiring special handling prior to moving day.
